Overview
As a Business Development Manager in Leisure Sales and Entertainment, youâll cultivate relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales in the luxury leisure and entertainment sector. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to meet revenue goals and enhance the brandâs presence in the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors within the luxury leisure and entertainment industry.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and maintain a strong network.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, considering market dynamics and customer preferences in the luxury segment.
- Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the companyâs footprint in the luxury market.
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying upsell or crossâsell opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach in delivering luxury leisure and entertainment services.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the Director for strategic decisionâmaking.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the companyâs image and values in all interactions and engagements within the luxury sector.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms for the company while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry changes, adjusting strategies accordingly, and remain agile in response to shifting market conditions.
- Possess very good knowledge of the leisure industry and processes within the US, Middle East and Asia and local markets.

- Bachelorâs degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is often required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Working Condition
The role is based in the companyâs London office. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9amâ5.30pm; during live events and buildâup hours may vary. Out of hours work at events may be required.
