Overview
Montcalm East is seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner to ensure our facilities are clean, presentable, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a passion for luxury standards, and the ability to work in a diverse team. Job Specific Duties
- Greet guests warmly with a smile.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and meeting rooms.
- Polish surfaces, mirrors, windows, and floors, ensuring they are dust-free and spotless.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and maintain various surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure all furniture and fixtures are in excellent condition.
- Provide courteous service and respond to guest inquiries positively.
- Address guest requests related to cleanliness promptly.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
- Refill bathroom amenities as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Report damages, hazards, or safety issues immediately.
- Record cleaning activities and report unusual occurrences.
- Follow health and safety regulations, handle chemicals safely, and maintain equipment.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special tasks as assigned.
- Participate in hotel-wide cleaning initiatives and training sessions.
- Hand in any lost property to the supervisor.
- Coordinate efforts with the housekeeping team and other departments.
