The Marketing Executive supports the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across all channels, focusing on events, partnership activations, and hosted media activity.
Reporting to the Cluster Marketing Manager, the role helps execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and bookings, ensuring activity is on brand, on time and well coordinated with hotel teams.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular presence on property to support events across the collection, media stays, and media and partner showarounds.
Responsibilities
- Multi-channel marketing delivery: support delivery of marketing activity across digital, CRM, social media, PR support, and on-property channels, aligned to the collection and individual hotel priorities.
Coordinate briefs and day-to-day updates with internal stakeholders and external agencies, designers, photographers and content partners.
- Support the creation, proofreading and scheduling of marketing content, including newsletters, website copy, organic social content, and on-property collateral, as required.
Ensure brand consistency across messaging, imagery and guest touchpoints, flagging any risks or misalignment.
- Events and partnership activations: support planning and on-site delivery of events across the collection, including guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, run of show, signage, collateral, supplier coordination and post-event follow up.
Act as a marketing liaison on event days, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and hotel operations.
Support partnership activations from set up to execution, ensuring agreed deliverables are met, brand standards are upheld, and outputs are captured for reporting.
- Media stays, showarounds and hosted visits: coordinate marketing and experience logistics for media stays and hosted partner visits, working closely with PR, operations and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
Prepare briefing notes, itineraries, welcome letters and on-property touchpoints for hosted guests.
Attend and support media and partner showarounds where required, capturing follow-up actions and ensuring timely completion.
Track outcomes from hosted activity, including content, coverage, usage permissions (where applicable), and learnings for future stays.
- CRM, databases and asset management: support the maintenance of marketing databases through CRM systems, including list hygiene and basic segmentation support where relevant.
Maintain shared folders, asset libraries and photography archives, ensuring correct version control and easy access for teams.
Assist with the organisation of image requests and content shoots, including shot lists, schedules and distribution of final assets.
- Performance tracking and reporting: track and summarise campaign performance across key channels, reporting on agreed metrics and supporting the Cluster Marketing Manager with insights and recommendations.
Maintain marketing trackers, timelines and content calendars to support visibility and delivery discipline.
- Administration and budget support: support budget tracking, purchase order processes and invoice management in line with internal procedures.
Distribute internal and external marketing materials and communications as required.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, events, retail or a service‑led brand environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, confident managing multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working on property, representing the brand at events and hosted visits.
- Analytical capability with confidence using data to inform and improve activity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Eligibility: must be authorised to live and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
