Montcalm Collection is seeking a creative and reliable Part-Time Photographer to support our monthly content calendar and visual storytelling across the brand. This role will focus on capturing and editing high-quality photography, with occasional short-form videos, across our hotels, people, and guest experiences. You will support key seasonal campaigns, cultural events, as well as internal milestones, events, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit high-quality photography and occasional short-form video content aligned with Montcalm Collection's brand guidelines.
  • Support the monthly content calendar, including seasonal campaigns, cultural events, internal milestones, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to plan shoots, develop shot lists, and align on creative direction.
  • Attend and cover key hotel events, launches, and internal activations when required.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content that reflects the culture, people, and values of Montcalm Collection.
  • Deliver channel-ready assets for social media platforms, website and digital platforms, digital advertising, print collateral, and PR and press usage.
  • Adapt content for different formats and platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, website banners, and email marketing.
  • Liaise with hotel teams to coordinate shoot schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure all imagery complies with brand standards, privacy requirements, and consent guidelines.
  • Maintain a well-organised digital asset library with clear file naming and version control.
  • Provide basic retouching, colour correction, and post-production to ensure consistency across all assets.
  • Stay informed on visual trends within hospitality, lifestyle, and social media content.
  • Support ad-hoc photography requests linked to wider marketing, PR, and brand initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a photographer, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands.
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Confident capturing people, spaces, food & beverage, and event moments.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a marketing team.
  • Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent.
  • Experience with short-form video capture and editing is desirable.
  • Highly organised, flexible, and able to manage time effectively within part-time hours.
  • Professional, discreet, and confident working in live hotel environments.
