The collection includes a historic brewery reimagined as Montcalm Brewery, a bold new perspective at Montcalm East (part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection), and two mindful hotels, Inhabit Southwick Street and Inhabit Queen’s Gardens, both part of Design Hotels.

Overview

Montcalm Collection is seeking a skilled and ambitious Doorperson to join our team. You will provide personal and exceptional service to all guests, adhering to our brand standards. Help shape the next chapter of Montcalm Collection and showcase your skills. Become a trusted ambassador for our hotels and enjoy opportunities to work across properties, maintaining high standards of service and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Providing the highest standard of service to guests.
  • Ensuring messages and facsimiles are delivered promptly.
  • Familiarity with all room locations and facilities.
  • Keeping the entrance and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
  • Meeting and following up on guest requests politely and efficiently.
  • Having thorough knowledge of the hotel and company.
  • Promoting other Montcalm Hotels and restaurants.
  • Maintaining good knowledge of London attractions and trends.
  • Managing porters and doormen effectively.
  • Performing other reasonable requests from management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Approachable, professional, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of London restaurants and attractions.
  • Knowledge of Opera.
  • Previous experience in a 5-star property preferred.
  • Collaborative team player.
