Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing IT Operations Management (ITOM) projects within a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, optimise processes, and translate needs into deliverable work packages within ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with customers and internal teams to gather and validate business requirements
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Translate business requirements into functional documentation and actionable delivery items
- Support ServiceNow ITOM implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed
- Provide clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in process analysis, improvement, or automation consultancy
- Hands on exposure to ServiceNow implementations
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
- Experience working within ITIL-aligned environments
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialisations
- PRINCE2 or other project management certifications
- Strong stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills
