Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support a live Oracle HCM Cloud environment. The role focuses on functional support, configuration and enhancements across core HR modules, with a strong emphasis on Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure Oracle Fusion HCM across core HR modules
- Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, termination and work relationships
- Configure positions, organisations and work schedules
- Support security and transaction console setup
- Support Recruiting including job requisitions and candidate management
- Support Absence Management, Learning and Performance modules
- Participate in implementations, Path to Live and quarterly release cycles
- Investigate and resolve production issues and work with Oracle Support
- Support Redwood UI adoption
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Functional HR experience with a focus on Recruiting
- Experience supporting Absence, Learning and Performance modules
- Background in implementation and post go-live support environments
- Experience with quarterly releases and regression testing
- Strong English communication skills
