Are you an experienced Supply Chain Sustainability Consultant with a strong background in ESG, product compliance and supplier due diligence? A leading European Manufacturing business is looking for a Sustainability Supply Chain Consultant to support the design and delivery of ESG and regulatory compliance programmes across a complex, multi-country supply chain environment.
This is a high-impact contract role working across Group Supply Chain, Category Management, Sustainability and Procurement teams. You will help translate regulatory and customer-driven requirements into practical operational processes across a high SKU, international supplier network.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and scope regulatory and customer-driven compliance requirements across product categories and supply chain operations
- Design and implement ESG and compliance frameworks across supplier and product networks
- Develop supplier due diligence processes, including risk indicators, screening criteria and data requirements
- Support the rollout of tools and systems for ESG data capture, supplier screening and compliance monitoring
- Produce guidance, documentation and process materials to enable consistent compliance practices
Required Experience
- Strong background in supply chain sustainability, ESG, product compliance, responsible sourcing or supplier compliance
- Experience interpreting regulatory frameworks such as REACH, RoHS, PPWR or similar product and environmental regulations
- Proven experience working with Category Management, Procurement, Supplier Management or Supply Chain teams
- Experience in complex, high SKU environments such as manufacturing, industrial distribution, MRO, engineering or related sectors
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working across multi-country environments with varied stakeholders
The successful consultant will be confident operating in a matrix organisation, supporting senior stakeholders and turning complex sustainability and compliance requirements into clear, workable processes. Experience within manufacturing is mandatory.
