We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership across agile delivery teams. You will set engineering standards, ensure architectural alignment, and enable efficient, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own engineering standards including code quality, testing, estimates, and PR reviews
- Shape and decompose work into clear, testable, delivery-ready stories
- Embed agreed architectural patterns across services
- Document technical decisions and collaborate with architects on design approvals
- Mentor engineers and model strong engineering behaviours
- Identify delivery waste and escalate blockers early
- Ensure cross-team consistency and alignment
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Essential Skills and Experience
- Senior experience in one core stack: Java with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
- Strong experience with microservice architectures
- Proven Java and Spring best practices
- Frontend experience with React and Micro Front Ends
- AWS experience including SNS, SQS, S3, Aurora or PostgreSQL, OpenSearch
- Strong communication and leadership skills within agile teams
