Montash is supporting a leading IT consultancy in delivering a major public sector project focused on building secure, high-performance digital services using enterprise-grade microservice architecture.

We are currently looking for an Actively SC-cleared Java Developer to join a high-impact team working on a mission-critical government platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative, agile environment.

Tech Stack & Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Java (Spring Boot), PostgreSQL, Docker
• Testing: Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit, Mockito
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins or similar pipelines
• Collaboration: Agile working with cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills:

• Frontend experience with React & TypeScript
• Messaging: Kafka
• Build tools: Gradle
• Database versioning: Liquibase
• API Design: Swagger / OpenAPI
