The role focuses on translating real world sales workflows into scalable, efficient systems, while identifying opportunities to embed AI driven improvements across both internal and external sales functions. This is a strategic, business critical initiative with direct visibility at leadership level and a clear focus on driving measurable operational and commercial impact.

- Understanding of end to end sales cycles, including internal support and field sales structures
- Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics and process optimisation at scale
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing or distribution environments is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Comfortable working in transformation programmes with ambiguity and evolving requirements
