Delivery Consultant, Technology (Contract) | Montash | London
We’re hiring a Delivery Consultant to join Team UK at Montash in London. You’ll be working on our biggest UK account, a global IT services client where we’re a Tier 1 supplier. It’s live, it’s busy, and there’s plenty of volume to get stuck into.

We work with clients right across the UK and Europe. Our office is in Shoreditch, and we’re in the office Tuesday to Thursday.
The team
Team UK is on track for £1.4m NFI this year, which is 50% growth, and we’re hiring because client demand is up. We currently have a Business Manager, running this account today, and we’re also hiring an Account Manager to take it over. You’ll be hired alongside them to handle the delivery, so you’ll be joining a working relationship with a clear plan behind it. The goal is to double the number of contractors we have on this account.
The role
This is a delivery-focused contract role. The account brings in around 4 new roles a week, most of them multi-placement, across software engineering, data and change and transformation. Clients are mostly in the UK public sector, plus financial services, healthcare, utilities and more. Contractors stay 17 months on average, so your placements keep earning.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Owning delivery on the account, from sourcing and screening through to placement
- Managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple multi-placement roles at once
- Working closely with the Account Manager so the client gets the right people quickly
- Building a strong network of contractors across software, data and change and transformation
- Keeping in touch with contractors throughout their assignments
- Using AI tooling to take the admin off your plate, so you can focus on candidates
- You’ll be working on our biggest UK account, with steady demand from day one
- A clear focus on delivery, without the pressure of winning new business
- A chance to grow with the account as we look at European and SOW expansion
- Long contractor assignments, so your placements keep earning

What we’re looking for
- IT contract recruitment experience, ideally on the delivery side
- Experience with high-volume tech delivery across multi-placement roles
- Confidence sourcing and screening across software engineering, data or change and transformation
- Strong organisation, with the ability to manage lots of roles at once
