- Build, maintain and optimise Power Automate flows to support automated business processes and email workflows
- Manage and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, data integrity and platform configuration across the solution
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data is available to stakeholders
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate requirements into platform changes and ensure solutions remain fit for purpose
- Liaise with technical teams and third-party providers where required, including supporting integrations with external systems such as AWS-hosted services
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure changes are tracked and governed appropriately

- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate, with proven experience building and maintaining automated flows for business processes
- Solid experience working with Dataverse, including table design, relationships, data modelling and platform administration
- Power BI experience, including report and dashboard development and data connectivity

- Experience working within structured delivery environments with appropriate change control and documentation practices
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and managing user permissions within the Power Platform
- Experience with SharePoint as a document or records management platform alongside Power Platform solutions
