We’re hiring an experienced agency-side Technical Recruiter who knows their market inside out. This role is for someone who positions themselves as a trusted market expert and is skilled in building relationships through insight, credibility & by building a great network, where everyone can win.
The Role
- Own and grow a specialist desk within Software, Cybersecurity, or Data & AI
- Win new business through consultative, market-led conversations
- Build long-term client and candidate partnerships, through plenty of F2F meetings
- Deliver either end-to-end recruitment or client services for IT contract roles
- Act as a go-to advisor on talent trends, market rates, and project hiring strategies
- Attending & running your own market specialist events
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter in an agency environment
- Deep knowledge in either Software, Cybersecurity or Data & AI across UK & Europe
- Expert in creating strong business development strategies & excellent communication skills
- Commercial, driven, and committed to a career in technology recruitment
- Excited to attend industry events & face to face meetings with key stakeholders
