Delivery Consultant – Technology Recruitment
Location: Hybrid | London
Montash is a specialist tech recruitment business operating across AI, Software, Data, Cloud & Security. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Delivery Consultant - or a 360 Recruiter who enjoys delivery but no longer wants to focus on business development. This role is about quality, pace, and ownership. You’ll work across multiple roles in the UK and tech stacks while maintaining consistently high standards. This role can offer you a clear pathway into either Account Management or leadership within delivery.
The Role
- Deliver across 10–15 live roles at any one time without dropping quality
- Expectations of 24-48 hours of delivery time
- Work multiple positions across UK and technology stacks
- Proactively source and engage candidates, using LinkedIn effectively
- Generate leads through market conversations and candidate engagement
- Run strong qualification calls, asking challenging questions and managing candidates through to offer and close
- Maintain strong offer-to-close ratios
- Collaborate closely with consultants and act on feedback constructively
What We’re Looking For
- Contract Agency recruitment experience (delivery or 360 background)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads without compromising standards
- Comfortable qualifying candidates across new or unfamiliar markets
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
