Montash is a specialist tech recruitment business operating across AI, Software, Data, Cloud & Security. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Delivery Consultant – or a 360 Recruiter who enjoys delivery but no longer wants to focus on business development. This role is about quality, pace, and ownership. You’ll work across multiple roles, regions, and tech stacks while maintaining consistently high standards.
The Role:
- Deliver across 10–15 live roles at any one time without dropping quality
- Work multiple positions across different regions and technology stacks
- Proactively source and engage candidates, using LinkedIn effectively
- Generate leads through market conversations and candidate engagement
- Run strong qualification calls
