Account Manager

Account Manager | Montash | London (hybrid)

We’re hiring an Account Manager to take over one of the biggest accounts at Montash, the tech contract recruitment brand within QXi Group.

The role

You’ll take full ownership of a key account with a global tech services client. It’s a warm desk, so you won’t be starting from scratch. The relationship is established, the roles are live and the contractors are already out on assignment. This one account makes up 50% of the division’s revenue and runners, and there’s a real opportunity to double the runner numbers.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Manage the client relationship and become their go-to person for contract hiring.
• Expand across the wider business by building relationships with new teams and moving into new project areas.
• Deliver on roles, finding high-quality tech contractors, often to tight timeframes and across global markets - optional as we can support with a delivery function.

What we’re looking for

• Technology contract recruitment experience.
• A track record of delivering high-volume, high-quality tech candidates, ideally on a global scale.
• Commercial experience with clients, either in account management or business development.
• You’re comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Experience delivering on projects would be a big plus.
