Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of entity resolution and matching solutions across multiple data sources and large data volumes.
- Develop record linkage, deduplication, clustering and matching algorithms to support accurate identification and consolidation of entity data.
- Define and manage golden record and master data models, including entity hierarchies and data ownership rules.
- Establish and maintain standards for data standardisation, matching, survivorship and record merging across the data estate.
- Monitor and continuously improve entity resolution performance, including accuracy, precision, recall and scalability metrics.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to ensure entity resolution outputs support downstream analytics and decision-making.
- Produce clear architectural documentation and governance artefacts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Architect with deep expertise in Entity Resolution and Master Data Management.
- Experience with AWS.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing record linkage, deduplication and matching solutions across large, complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of golden record design, master data modelling and entity hierarchy management.
- Experience defining and applying data standardisation, survivorship and merging rules across multi-source environments.
- Ability to assess and improve entity resolution performance across accuracy, precision, recall and scalability dimensions.
- Strong data modelling background including logical, physical and conceptual model design.
- Comfortable producing clear architectural documentation and engaging senior stakeholders across both business and technical audiences.
