About the Role:
We are looking for someone with a passion for digital communication, and a knack for driving results through compelling, engaging email campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing, executing and analysing our email marketing initiatives to engage and grow our audience, and nurture prospective consumers to build strong brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns in line with the Marketing and D2C commercial calendar.
- Support the planning and delivery of automated customer journeys including our welcome, abandoned basket and sunset flows.
- Work with the wider D2C team to segment audiences and deliver personalised emails and retention programmes.
- Monitor CRM performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and retention.
- Assist Digital & Ecommerce Manager in optimising the D2C website to enhance user experience, conversions, and repeat purchases.
- Track and report on KPIs across digital campaigns, ensuring activities align with sales and growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Stay updated on digital trends and emerging CRM tools to drive innovation within the department.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerce role (wholesale or retail background a plus).
- Confident in CRM and email marketing platforms, and CMS (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with digital reporting channels is desirable.
- Understanding of D2C strategies and customer lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of outdoor performance wear products and consumer behaviour; personal interest or experience in outdoor sports/activities is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player, taking part and working as a team to deliver the best results.
- A willingness to listen to feedback and learn new skills to create the best customer service experience of the brand.
