A high-growth fintech in the insurance space is hiring a Management Accountant to take ownership of AP, support month end, and drive process improvements in a scaling, multi-entity environment.

The Role

  • Own end-to-end Accounts Payable (invoice to payment, reconciliations, supplier queries)
  • Run domestic & international payment cycles
  • Support month-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
  • Own revenue & invoicing, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting
  • Support audit and maintain strong financial controls
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams on billing and process improvements
  • Drive efficiencies across AP, revenue, and reporting processes

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Strong AP and month-end experience in a multi-entity environment
  • Audit exposure and strong controls mindset
  • Systems-savvy (NetSuite/AP tools beneficial)
