The senior management team are looking for an ambitious baker to work alongside the full-time kitchen team in the continued creation and delivery of our well-established café offering, along with a number of other catering aspects on the estate. These range from public events, afternoon teas, private dinners and retail production, to name a few.
The Café at Montalto is a stylish eatery which specialises in locally inspired dishes that people love – all served the Montalto way. There are areas on the estate where the gardening team grows produce for use in The Café, and we are always keen to showcase the produce of local, artisan suppliers, incorporating it into our dishes and in turn nurturing strong relations with them.
