This is an exceptional opportunity to work within one of the most comprehensive restructuring practices in the City, with exposure to high-profile and complex matters spanning:
- Creditor-side bondholder restructurings
- Schemes of arrangement and administrations
- Sovereign debt restructurings
- Cross-border Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters (in close collaboration with the US team)
- Both debtor- and creditor-side mandates, formal insolvencies, and out-of-court restructurings
