The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Talent team. This paid internship offers broad exposure to a generalist HR function within a professional services environment. You will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits & Wellbeing and Learning & Development. This role is ideal for someone considering a career in HR who wants practical experience in a fast-paced, commercial setting.
Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will support a wide range of day‑to‑day HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment coordination, supporting benefits and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to learning and development activities, and helping with general enquiries from employees and managers. You will play an important role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently, gaining valuable exposure to all areas of a modern People & Talent function.
About You
- Is studying towards, or has recently completed, a degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
- Has a genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Is professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
- Has strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
