We’re looking for a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our ambitious property consultancy on a maternity cover basis. We’re looking for a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our ambitious property consultancy on a maternity cover basis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce a wide range of materials including:
- Marketing collateral (print & digital)
- Client-facing documents and pitch decks
- Event branding and merchandise
- Social media and web assets
- Video and motion graphics
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Brand Manager to develop and evolve creative concepts.
- Act as a brand guardian—ensuring consistency while knowing when and how to push creative boundaries.
- Support internal communications with engaging visuals for newsletters, intranet campaigns, and internal events.
- Liaise with external suppliers and agencies when needed.
- Take ownership of projects from brief to delivery with minimal supervision.
Rough split in WORKLOAD:
- Marketing & Campaigns (50%)
Events collateral, social media, web assets, videos, brochures, advertising, and branded content. - Pitching & Client Documents (15%)
Formal pitch decks, presentations, and client-facing materials. - Internal Communications (35%)
Intranet campaigns, internal newsletters, and firm-wide initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in a design or marketing role, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, layout skills, and brand storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Excellent time and project management skills—able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Comfortable interpreting complex or technical content into clear, engaging visuals.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic HTML/CSS or CMS experience.
