This position sits within our successful and market-leading Valuation & Investment Advisory team, which is structured across Commercial Valuation, Specialist Valuation and Investment Advisory workstreams.
The team provides a focused yet diverse range of services to public and private sector clients.
These include purchase and disposal reports, asset valuations, option appraisals, secured lending valuations, credit assessments, alternative use evaluations, portfolio strategy advice, overage advice, and expert witness and dispute resolution support, all underpinned by valuation expertise.
With growing demand from both established and new clients, the team has ambitious plans for expansion.
We are seeking a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to specialise in valuation work, predominantly for private sector clients, with a focus on development and investment assets.

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic team, focusing on a diverse range of public and private sector portfolio work.
This role is integral to the delivery of high-quality valuation services, primarily for private sector clients, including banks, lenders and property owners, across both development and investment assets throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Secured
- Lending
Valuations: Undertake valuations for banks and lenders for secured lending purposes, producing high-quality reports for single assets and portfolios, including both investment and development assets).
- Financial Reporting: Undertake valuations for property owners for year-end accounts, including single assets and portfolios.
- Ad Hoc Valuations: Support a variety of instructions, including development appraisals, asset reviews, and viability assessments, to meet evolving client needs.
