This role is to sit within a team in our Advisory Department, which comprises four teams:
- Valuation, Asset & Investment Advisory
- Development and Strategic Advisory
- Rating Advisory
- Residential Valuation Advisory
Responsibilities include:
Administrative Duties:- Diary management including organising meetings with internal teams and external clients.
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks.
- Manage and organise seminars, client entertainment and other events.
- Organise travel arrangements.
- Respond to invites on behalf of the team.
- General copy typing and formatting of documents.
- Processing expenses/mileage claims for the team.
- Maintaining an up-to-date filing system.
- Taking notes at meetings and preparing minutes.
- Support brand integrity and document formatting.
- Proofreading copy for thought pieces and client presentations.
- Updating CVs and case studies for teams.
- Supporting arrangement of necessary pitch meetings.
- Notifying of updates needed for team profile pages and case studies.
- Liaising with clients to capture relevant compliance/on-boarding information.
- Sending out Terms of Engagement and chasing for signed copies.
- Undertaking Conflict of Interest checks and keeping records.
- Ensuring accuracy of invoices and following correct processes.
- Maintaining close cooperation with the finance department.
