You’ll be challenged, supported, and trusted to deliver.

We’re looking for a GTM / Sales Operations Engineer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us - through the grind and the wins.

What You Will Do

  • Revenue Systems Administration
    • Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM: managing properties, workflows, pipelines, user permissions, and handling internal requests from Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships.
    • Administer DealHub for quoting and CPQ workflows, ensuring smooth quote-to-cash processes.
    • Maintain and improve our wider revenue systems including our invoice database and other GTM tooling.
    • Manage integrations between platforms, troubleshoot sync errors, and keep data flowing reliably across the stack.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify bottlenecks and manual steps in our revenue workflows and build smarter, more automated alternatives.
    • Implement lead routing, scoring, lifecycle triggers, and CRM playbooks that support consistent, scalable processes.
    • Document how systems and processes work, and keep that documentation up to date as things evolve.
  • Data Quality & Reporting
    • Take ownership of data integrity across the revenue stack - deduplication, validation, enrichment, and monitoring.
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give the revenue team clear visibility on pipeline, system health, and process performance.
    • Set up alerts to flag inconsistencies before they become problems.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Act as a trusted internal resource for GTM teams, handling system requests and translating business needs into system solutions.
    • Work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations and the broader RevOps team to support strategic initiatives.
    • Help onboard and train team members on tooling and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in GTM operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar systems-focused role.
  • Hands‑on HubSpot experience is essential - you should be comfortable using it.
  • Familiarity with tools like DealHub, Forest, Gong, or similar revenue tech is a plus.
  • Comfortable with system configuration, workflow logic.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in data quality and operational rigour.
  • A self-starter who can manage requests while also spotting and driving improvements.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively across both commercial and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Gemini) and ability to use them to accelerate daily work.
  • Experience integrating AI workflows into operational processes (e.g., automated QA, AI-driven dashboards).

Why Monta

  • Impact, not easy mode — your work matters, and you’ll feel it every day.
  • Ownership from day one — we don’t micromanage, we expect you to deliver.
  • The grind is real — priorities shift, and flexibility is sometimes needed to get things across the finish line. But so are the rewards: impact, growth, and a team that has your back.
  • The people are extraordinary — talented, driven, and fun to work with. You’ll be challenged, supported, and inspired in equal measure.

What We Offer

  • A yearly education budget and extra days off to use it.
  • A friendly and social company culture with movie nights, Friday bars, pub crawls, and more.
  • Free lunch every day.
  • Pension & health coverage to keep you secure for today and tomorrow.
  • Paid parental leave to support life's big moments.
  • Warrants program - be part of our growth story.
  • Flexible working hours; as long as you're at key meetings and delivering great work, we trust you to manage your schedule.

To succeed in this position, your spoken and written English skills need to be proficient. Since Monta is a globally active company, you'll be communicating often and regularly with our co-workers and partners around the world, making your professional English knowledge essential.
