Private Client Investment Associate

The Role: Private Client Investment Associate
We’re looking for a confident, client-facing individual to join our Investor Relations team and help us raise capital for our active real estate investments — primarily through direct and in-direct capital that funds live developments in London and Portugal.
You’ll work directly with private clients and prospects, helping them understand the opportunities, building long-term relationships, and supporting them through the investment journey. You’ll be part of a small, entrepreneurial team where performance is rewarded, learning is fast, and energy is everything.
This is a rare opportunity for someone with off-plan property, estate agency, or high-value sales experience to step into the world of private investment and capital raising.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
- Presenting real estate bond investment opportunities with clarity and professionalism
- Managing inbound investor interest and nurturing leads using our CRM system
- Building a long-term investor book, offering guidance and updates
- Supporting campaign launches and marketing alignment
- Playing an active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual capital raise targets
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in property sales, investment, estate agency, or private client services
Strong communicator — articulate, emotionally intelligent, and polished
A track record of building trust and delivering value in high-stakes conversations
Ambition to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investment firm
Genuine interest in real estate and wealth creation
London-based or within commuting distance
