We are seeking a highly driven, commercially minded Private Client Advisor to join our growing property investment team. This is a sales-focused role centred around speaking with high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated investors, building relationships, and introducing them to premium property investment opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reaching out daily to potential investors via outbound calls through leads
  • Engaging and qualifying HNWIs and sophisticated investors
  • Delivering a structured investment pitch and developing your own authentic delivery style
  • Managing and nurturing a pipeline of investors
  • Booking and attending investment consultations
  • Following up consistently to convert opportunities into transactions
  • Working closely with senior management to close deals
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Working with clear daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

This is a high-activity, high-performance environment.
