Monta Capital is a real estate investment manager operating across prime London and the South Algarve. Montague Real Estate is a design-led brokerage focused on off-plan and investment property. Both brands are founder-led and growing. We are now bringing content and digital growth fully in-house to build a serious, long-term media function aligned with capital raising and high-value property transactions. This role sits at the intersection of brand, investor communication and commercial growth.
You will work directly with the founder to design and operate the firm's content and growth strategy. This is not a junior social media position. It is a commercially accountable role focused on:
- Long-term brand positioning: You will shape how the business presents itself to investors, buyers and partners — and build systems that convert attention into enquiry.
Responsibilities:
- Founder-Led Content: Translate weekly strategy and deal activity into structured content, manage LinkedIn presence (CEO + company pages), develop short-form and long-form video scripts, oversee monthly filming days.
- Email & CRM: Write and manage strategic email campaigns, build automated sequences inside HubSpot, align messaging with live capital raises and property launches.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Oversight: Build and refine simple, high-converting landing pages, coordinate paid campaigns with external ads specialist, improve cost per enquiry and cost per booked call, track performance and optimise based on data.
- Performance & Reporting: Monthly growth review with founder, clear focus on commercially meaningful outputs.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years in content, growth or digital marketing.
- Strong writing ability with a clear, credible tone.
- Experience with LinkedIn in a B2B or financial context.
- Experience building email sequences and funnels.
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- Comfortable thinking in conversion rates and revenue impact.
- You are structured, commercially aware and calm under pressure.
Compensation: Performance bonus linked to qualified enquiries and commercial growth.
