£20,000-25,000 (OTE) + Bonuses and Incentives

Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant who will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for their brands. As a successful candidate, you will help recognise marketing trends and opportunities for growth and produce marketing materials and case studies. You will also be responsible for delivering presentations about our client's ongoing campaigns and supporting the marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks. Previous experience in administration, sales, or marketing is preferred, but our client will provide full training on the product and service to prepare you for the role. Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail, are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing department.
  • Creating marketing materials and giving presentations.
  • Maintaining a marketing database.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Understanding company products and brands.
  • General office duties.
  • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
  • Organising market research.
  • Analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
  • Contributing to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, networking, trade shows, and events.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability.
  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Related job and internship experience.

You will work on a self-employed basis, and your earnings will reflect your completed sales, allowing for competitive, uncapped commission.
