Customer Service Representative Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, utilising extensive training to possess in-depth knowledge about all products and services offered by the clients.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction is personalised, making each individual feel valued and special from the moment they engage with the client's brand.
  • Customer interactions will take place in pre-allocated locations engaging with customers where they live, work or shop.
  • Proactively generate enthusiasm and interest around the client's products and services, effectively creating a buzz within a pre-allocated chosen market and handling all aspects of new customer sign-ups.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, understanding their preferences, and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilise insights gained from customer interactions to drive new customer acquisitions by identifying opportunities to fulfil unmet needs and provide tailored solutions.
