Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals to join them as Entry Level Sales Associates.
You ll work face-to-face with customers across local communities, representing well-known brands and campaigns while developing real-world sales, communication, and customer engagement skills.
No experience? No problem. Full training is provided from day one.
THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you ll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Introducing customers to products, services, and campaigns
- Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
- Delivering engaging and professional sales presentations
- Guiding customers through the sales or sign-up process
- Working towards personal and team-based targets
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Representing campaigns professionally within residential communities and local areas
- Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
