We're excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our dynamic team in York. In this role, you'll support key activities that keep our supply chain running smoothly — from managing stock levels of spare parts to liaising with suppliers and ensuring orders stay on schedule.

Your Role:

  • Assist the team in ensuring orders run on time.
  • Use various systems to update purchase orders, create SKUs, and run reports.
  • Prepare daily reports and organise accurate stock transfers between warehouses.
  • Organise, oversee and review Product & factory inspections with suppliers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for product queries from the Customer Support team.
  • Respond to internal and external emails, and take phone calls.
  • Ensure product compliance records are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Carry out other relevant departmental administration as required.
  • Provide support & covering during busy periods to the supply chain co-ordinator by assisting with container movement admin.

Working hours and location:

The role is available as full time or part-time. If full time - start between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch). If you are looking for part time - we can discuss what works for you and be flexible for the right person. You will be based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG) 5 days a week, so having your own transport is essential.
