Key Responsibilities
- Listing products across our website and German marketplaces
- Optimising listings using SEO and marketplace tools to maximise visibility and sales
- Monitoring and improving marketplace performance
- Identifying and launching new German marketplaces to expand our reach
- Growing sales on existing German channels
- Providing German language support (written and verbal) across the business
- Managing related administration and supporting the wider marketing team
- Liaising with customer support (and occasionally customers) to ensure 5-star service across all channels
