You will play a vital role in ensuring our diverse e-commerce portfolio meets all UK and EU requirements, working at the intersection of supply chain, product development, and global marketplaces.
The Role: Sitting at the heart of our operations, you will manage compliance for our expanding online retail range. You’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our products are safe, legal, and ready for the global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure products comply with UK/EU legislation, including GPSR, UKCA/CE marking, EMC, LVD, RoHS, and REACH.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain Technical Files and Declarations of Conformity.
- Quality Assurance: Review supplier test reports and determine requirements for additional testing or documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Buying, Product, and Operations teams to embed compliance early in the product lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work with suppliers to verify documentation and support seamless onboarding.
- Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of regulatory updates and respond to inquiries from authorities or marketplaces.
