Key Responsibilities

  • Listing products across our website and German marketplaces
  • Optimising listings using SEO and marketplace tools to maximise visibility and sales
  • Monitoring and improving marketplace performance
  • Identifying and launching new German marketplaces to expand our reach
  • Growing sales on existing German channels
  • Providing German language support (written and verbal) across the business
  • Managing related administration and supporting the wider marketing team
  • Liaising with customer support (and occasionally customers) to ensure 5-star service across all channels

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong organisational and housekeeping skills
  • Excellent time management — able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
