Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Central and regional team support across the Sports & Lifestyle team covering Sport, Music, Culture and Girls.
  • Key objectives to drive greater leverage of central assets through regional/local markets and central support of regional marketing activity.
  • Align with Sports & Lifestyle team to drive relevant sports in EMEA regions on a local level.
  • Coordination and project management of centrally led events as and when requested.
  • Lead point of contact for regional markets on behalf of S&L team.
  • Interact with regional/local teams to shape opportunities and maximise local pick up of centrally managed series and partners.
  • Drive and develop communication flow and info sharing between S&L team and local markets.
  • Manage activation plans with local marketing, events, comms, digital etc. as required.
  • Support in developing and implementing retailer/bottler activations.
  • Create presentations of case studies and best practice to showcase across business at Quarterly reports, Unleashed & Townhall meetings, drive S&L managers on their input.
  • Sampling stock sends out and management for central team (to include but not limited to global series teams supply: F1, MotoGP, DAKAR, UCI, and other series).
  • Coordinate Regional markets S&L branding requests/approvals and creative approach.
  • Represent Monster and the S&L team at events/projects as required.
  • Manage, develop and promote activation tool kit including booking process.
  • Work with S&L Admin Manager to maintain up to date records of EMEA Demo Assets’ invoice processing and annual contract usage.
  • Data moderation: Collating all relevant data across S&L, events and athlete roster, integrating into existing data to ensure alignment.
  • Equipment and Athlete clothing management for S&L team.
  • Partner/friends of the brand relationship management.
  • Ad hoc one-off activation requests across wider business stakeholders.

This role will require you to go to the office every week so you must be GB based. It will also require frequent travel and weekend work.
