We have an exciting opportunity for aTeam Leader to join the team at our Wellingborough Distribution Centre.
The role of the Team Leader is to support line management in the effective management of theteam, seeking opportunities to maximise productivity and efficiency.
As aTeam Leader you will assist in the achievement of departmental and Distribution Centre targets and objectives through the deployment of the appropriate resources, the monitoring and reporting of performance, and highlighting any potential shortfalls to goal achievement.
Successful candidates should have proven leadership experience within a Distribution Centre with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Confidence in the use of word,excel and outlook is essential.
The working hours for this role will be 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday 06.00 to 14.00.
