We are now looking for a Support Analyst to join our Technology team at Monsoon Accessorize. This will be a business-facing role, responsible for delivering warehouse systems software support primarily for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (Dispatcher 2019), Island Pacific, and our Returns systems. Additionally, the role will provide secondary support to broader systems across Retail, Merchandising, and Integrations. The role ensures accurate and smooth processing between systems. It is based in our Distribution Centre\’s offices in Wellingborough.

What you will do as our Support Analyst?

  1. Administer/support the Blue Yonder WMS (Dispatcher 2019) and Returns management software.
  2. Be the key contact for DC users for support and training.
  3. Liaise with Technology teams to resolve issues, review processes, and conduct end-to-end testing.
  4. Check and investigate issues with file (API) flow to and from connected systems.
  5. Perform systems testing and UAT testing.
  6. Provide broader IT support when needed.
  7. Occasional out-of-hours support will be required.
  8. Work on Saturdays as needed.

Ideal candidate qualities:

  • Enjoys hands-on technical problem solving.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex logic to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly numerate, with an interest in working with data and translating numbers into actionable insights.
  • Positive \’can-do\’ attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective planning and prioritization skills across short, medium, and long-term goals.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels and areas of the business.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Consistent and honest behavior.

Desirable skills and experience:

  • IT support experience.
  • Experience in the retail and/or distribution sector.
