We have exciting opportunities for 2 experienced Part-Time Supervisors at our Derby Accessorize Store.

What are we looking for in you?

• Demonstrate customer focus – ensuring delivery of excellent, tailored one-on-one customer service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all you do.
• Confident to lead by example, inspiring your team to make Accessorize a great place to work and shop.
• Experience in a supervisor or key holding role, with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service personally and through your team.
• Show passion, drive, resilience, with a can-do approach.
• Effective communication skills.
• A solution-driven individual, capable of making beneficial decisions with a sense of ownership.

In this role you will

• Be a true brand ambassador, supporting the store and team in driving overall performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and demonstrating Accessorize values.
• Generate profit by exceeding KPIs.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve excellence.
• Support management in maximizing sales opportunities, implementing visual merchandising and window guidelines to a high standard.
• Support the promotion and delivery of piercing services to customers.
• Be flexible, supporting other stores and team members to achieve common goals.
• Promote an inclusive environment, fostering equality and kindness within the team.
