Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our Manchester Trafford Centre Accessorize Store on a part‑time basis.
Be a true brand ambassador, supporting the store and team in driving overall performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and demonstrating the Accessorize values.
Responsibilities
- Generate profit by exceeding KPIs and ensuring the teams are motivated and knowledgeable.
- Support the management team in maximising commercial opportunities to drive sales within the store.
- Implement Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard.
- Promote and deliver our jewellery offerings with your team.
- Be flexible in your approach to your role, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal.
- Ensure an inclusive environment, promoting equality and kindness with your team.
- Make decisions that benefit the business, taking ownership and responsibility.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate is customer focused, reflecting the passion for our product and the drive to create an exceptional experience for the Accessorize customer.
- Experience within a supervisor or key‑holding role.
- Demonstrate customer focus – delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of tailoring one‑on‑one service, and driving this through your team.
- Confident to lead by example, inspiring your team to make Accessorize a great place for all who work and shop with us.
- Enthusiastic, integrity‑driven, with a can‑do approach and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak openly and effectively.
- Solution‑driven and capable of making decisions that benefit the business.
