We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations and Communications Co-ordinator to join our team.
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of connecting our Head Office teams with our stores, delivering clear, engaging, and commercially focused communications that inspire and enable our teams to succeed.
You'll create impactful product knowledge that builds confidence, enhances the customer experience, and drives average transaction value (ATV).
Alongside this, you'll coordinate key retail operations and play an integral role in bringing store initiatives, campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects to life, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and with maximum impact.

What will you do as Retail Operations and Communication Co-ordinator?
- Own and continuously improve all communication to stores
- Bring energy and inspiration into communications – making stores feel connected, recognised and motivated
- Own creation of store event packs supporting key moments in the retail calendar and assist in coordination of internal retail events
- Act as the central connector between marketing, VM, Tech and other key stakeholders to ensure one clear message to stores
- Own and maintain a single clear retail calendar to ensure activity is joined up, phased correctly
- Effectively manage the workload for stores ensuring we are always allowing stores to prioritise the customer
- Operational ownership of one stock and other tech initiatives as they are rolled out ensuring SLAs are met
- Identify any issues and work with relevant teams to improve these
- Identify opportunities to remove, simplify or combine tasks to support stores workload
- Translate product information from buying and store design into simple store friendly content to improve confidence with store teams talking about key products for the season
- Introduce engaging content creation for stores
- Administer and monitor all Retail invoices, ensuring any anomalies are fully investigated
- Support the Retail Operations and performance Manager with project work, as required
- Co‑ordinate and deliver marketing materials and imagery to shopping centres ensuring stores are supported in driving local brand awareness and engagement
- Respond to the operational queries from retail store
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
- Comfortable multi‑tasking and managing a variety of tasks
- Positive, energetic and proactive with a "Can do attitude"
