Responsibilities

What you’ll do: You’ll lead a region of approximately 45 stores, working closely with your Area Business Managers and Store Managers to build high‑performing teams that are passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving ambitious results.

You’ll be a visible, hands‑on leader who coaches with purpose, celebrates success, and provides clear direction to help every store reach its full potential.

Through your leadership, you’ll inspire teams to deliver commercial growth while bringing the Accessorize brand to life for every customer.
