Responsibilities
- Drive the overall performance of the store, managing and developing the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Generate profit by exceeding KPIs, managing P&L, controlling costs within budget, and maximizing local market opportunities.
- Motivate and equip the team to achieve excellence in their roles.
- Maximise commercial opportunities, implementing visual merchandising and window guidelines to a high standard.
- Promote and deliver piercing services to customers with the team.
- Be flexible, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal.
