What will you do as a Senior Designer?
- Lead the design and art direction of seasonal campaign creative across digital, email, in-store, and social — from concept through to final delivery.
- Own the visual consistency of the Monsoon website — homepage, PLP, PDP, and editorial pages — briefing and designing with the UX and trade teams.
- Produce motion content and short‑form video edits for digital and social channels using Premiere Pro — reels, campaign edits, and product stories.
- Art‑direct and attend key campaign and e‑commerce shoots — briefing photographers, directing models, and maintaining the Monsoon visual language on set.
- Develop and maintain the Monsoon e‑commerce style guide — photography standards, typography, colour, and copy tone — ensuring consistency across all creative output.
- Support the Creative Lead in developing seasonal campaign territories — contributing ideas, references, and creative rationale at brief stage.
- Mentor and support junior members of the creative team — reviewing work, sharing knowledge, and elevating the output of the whole team.
- Collaborate with trading, buying, and marketing teams to produce commercially effective creative that does not compromise brand integrity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously — delivering consistently to deadline in a fast‑moving retail environment.
What you need to succeed as Senior Designer:
- Adobe Creative Suite (all core apps)
- Premiere Pro — motion & video editing
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Fashion retail creative experience
- E‑commerce creative — digital & print
- 360° campaign art direction — concept to execution
- Multi‑channel campaign delivery
- 5+ years in a design role.
