Responsibilities

- Smart content generation: Leverage AI to create creative variations, overcome writer's block and build sophisticated prompts that align with brand guidelines and standards.
- Editorial excellence: Maintain final editorial control, applying human judgment to fact‑check AI outputs and ensure accuracy, quality and compliance at all times.

Qualifications
- 3+ years copywriting experience in a retail environment.
- Copywriting talent: Proven experience creating high‑quality copy across multiple formats and channels, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Customer storytelling: Skilled at translating complex internal product narratives into clear, compelling and customer‑friendly stories.
- Digital proficiency: Hands‑on experience using AI copywriting tools, with a strong ability to craft effective prompts and refine outputs to meet brand standards.
- Editorial flair: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a meticulous eye for grammar, tone of voice and stylistic consistency.
- Research‑driven: Quick to understand complex subjects, with the ability to confidently navigate social care and regulatory landscapes.
- SEO knowledge: A solid understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practice to optimise reach and performance.
- Adaptability: Experience working with Content as a Service (CaaS) models and structured content frameworks.
