Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the central marketing calendar, ensuring activity across Brand, Social, PR, Influencer, Retail, Ecommerce and International teams is accurately planned, aligned and communicated.
- Manage campaign timelines, critical paths and asset trackers, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Create and distribute regular marketing communications and briefing materials to retail partners and stores, ensuring teams are informed of upcoming campaigns, key trading activity, store openings and brand priorities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing activity is aligned to seasonal launches, commercial priorities, and key trading moments.
Campaign Delivery & Stakeholder Management:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
- Build strong relationships with teams across Buying, Merchandising, Design, Retail, Ecommerce and Marketing to support the successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
- Take an omnichannel approach to campaign execution, ensuring a consistent customer experience across digital and retail channels.
- Support the Senior Social, PR & Influencer Manager in communicating campaign priorities, seasonal focuses and key brand initiatives across the business.
- Support the development and maintenance of the content plan, working closely with Social, Creative, Copywriting, and Product teams to ensure content requirements are delivered across channels.
- Assist in the development of campaign and creative briefs, ensuring activity is customer‑focused, insight‑led and aligned to brand objectives.
- Act as a brand guardian, reviewing content and marketing materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Attend campaign photoshoots and work alongside creative teams, photographers and stylists to ensure assets are delivered in line with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Retail Marketing:
- Partner with the VM POS Manager to ensure in‑store marketing materials and retail communications support wider brand campaigns and objectives.
- Support the delivery of local marketing initiatives in partnership with Retail and Marketing Operations teams.
Influencer, PR & Brand Activations:
- Work closely with the Senior Social, PR & Influencer Manager, Social team and agency partners to support influencer collaborations, campaign launches, events and brand activations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand experiences and marketing activations that drive awareness and customer engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including sales impact, ROI and retail marketing effectiveness, identifying key learnings to inform future activity.
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends and the wider retail, social, and influencer landscape to identify opportunities for relevant and reactive marketing initiatives.
- Leverage insights provided by analytics that will improve channel and supplier performance.
- Actively explore and provide feedback on new commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Brand Marketing, Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Passionate about fashion, retail and customer trends, with a strong understanding of how marketing drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A proactive self‑starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Confident working independently, able to prioritize effectively and keep projects moving forward without the need for constant direction or reminders.
- Strong attention to detail, consistently delivering accurate, high‑quality work to a professional standard.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, proactively following up on actions, managing timelines, and keeping key stakeholders informed of progress, risks and next steps.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and apply insights to future activity.
- Strong visual awareness and an eye for creative execution, ensuring all activity is aligned to brand standards and customer expectations.
- Proficient in managing campaign plans, content calendars, trackers, briefing documents, and marketing administration with a high degree of accuracy.
