What will you do as a Junior Digital Designer?
- Work closely with the creative team and stakeholders to drive high quality digital assets
- Support BAU updates including website landing pages and email
- Design for organic social plus paid channels including paid social and affiliates
- Maintain brand consistency through work across every digital channel
- Monitor success of designs in terms of CTR and conversion
- Following the correct design processes and creating high quality deliverables for projects
- Assist on conceptualisation and design of seasonal creative for use across all channels which fit brand positioning and creative strategy
- Keep up to date with new software
- Maintain brand consistency throughout your work
- Build strong relationships with other departments through regular and clear communication and a collaborative approach to work
What will you need to succeed as our Junior Digital Designer?
- Experience in a similar design role, preferably at a retail company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine priorities as necessary
- Passionate about design whilst being aware of popular culture on a broader scale
- Able to present work clearly and articulately, in verbal and written form
- Proficient in Figma or similar, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects would be useful, but not essential
- Comfortable working for all digital channels including website, email, social and digital marketing
- Work with the team but confident to work independently when required
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once
- Keen eye for pixel perfect designs
- Are on top of home & lifestyle trends as well as retail, graphics and design
- Know your kerning from your leading, your GIFβs from your MP4βs
- Are commercially aware, always thinking of the customer journey
- Remain calm under pressure and are a creative problem solver
