We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Accessorize team to play a pivotal part in driving forward the Accessorize brand to communicate the uniqueness, DNA and relevancy to the customer through developing and executing 360 Accessorize Marketing campaigns and delivering an organised and structured critical path.
What will you do as our Head of Marketing?
- Drive the overall brand identity in terms of look and feel across all channels as well as communicating the brand DNA and key strategic customer messages to deliver a unique and relevant brand message.
- Listen and act appropriately to customer feedback, testing new ideas and concepts to improve and develop knowledge and understanding of the customer and their behaviour both instore and online.
- Drive brand marketing campaigns for Ladies, Kids and Home from conception through to analysis, delivering against customer acquisition metrics, all with a customer centric approach.
- Develop and deliver fully integrated seasonal marketing strategy, and corresponding UK calendars (with channel details), and UK budgets for both Ladies and Children's.
- Own the CRM strategy ultimately retaining customers and driving lifetime value.
- Own the relationships with media partners to ensure all are delivering against key performance indicators.
- Own above the line and below the line communications for all campaigns, creating strong written and visual content to be used across all the required channels.
- Ensure key partners are delivering against the defined look and feel (e.g. Shared web studio function).
- Own the social media strategy including collaborations and influencers to drive follower growth and social engagement.
- Define and deliver a visual merchandising strategy for Ladies and Children's that enriches the customer experience in store to support commercial success of the store channel.
- Work closely with the store design & development team in continuing to drive innovation and inspiration adding value to the customer at all times.
- Own the PR strategy to grow PR value and ensure the brand DNA is delivered effectively building clear understanding of the uniqueness of the brand as well as awareness.
- Build strong relationships with Buying and Merchandising directors to ensure aligned with the product strategy and commercial success.
- Lead the senior marketing team with a clear vision and strategy.
